Welcome to TubeLang ("the App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TubeLang mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TubeLang, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. About TubeLang
TubeLang is a utility application designed to help users automate and manage their YouTube experience with more granular control.
The App focuses on filtering and managing YouTube content based on user-defined rules, including:
Language-based filtering of videos and channels
Keyword-based discovery and filtering
Channel blacklists and whitelists
Automated interactions such as liking, disliking, or unsubscribing, performed only on the user’s behalf and under their control
TubeLang integrates with YouTube through official authentication mechanisms (OAuth) and performs actions only after the user explicitly authorizes access to their account. All automation logic, preferences, and application state are managed locally on the user’s device.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. By using TubeLang, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Payments
TubeLang may offer paid features, subscriptions, or free trial periods.
Payments and subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, where applicable
Pricing, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown before purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable app store before the renewal date
Free trials (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends
We do not manage payments directly and are not responsible for billing errors made by app store providers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Circumvent security or access restrictions
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of TubeLang, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, UI design, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
TubeLang may reference or link to third-party content (such as videos). We do not claim ownership of third-party content.
7. User Content
If you submit content to the Service (such as feedback, comments, or suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, improve, and display such content in connection with the Service.
You confirm that you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
TubeLang is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by YouTube or Google. TubeLang uses the YouTube Data API and complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Users authorize TubeLang to access their YouTube account via Google OAuth and can revoke access at any time through their Google Account settings.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Service in the last 12 months.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
We are required to do so by law
The Service is discontinued
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
