This Privacy Policy governs your use of the TubeLang application for mobile devices, created by Roman Branets. The app assists you in rating YouTube videos that interest you and managing your subscriptions.

While using our application, we may collect the following information with your prior permission:
YouTube Account Information: Such as email and username.
Viewing Behavior: Information regarding the YouTube videos you have rated and your subscriptions.
We use this information to enable features of our service, including performing likes, dislikes, removing likes from videos, and unsubscribing from channels.
You can enable or disable the gathering of this information at any time through the application settings. This data is stored on your mobile device. Collected data is not uploaded to any external server.
Third Party Services
Our application may utilize third-party services that could collect information used to identify you. Below are links to the privacy policies of third-party service providers used by the application:
Firebase Analytics: Used to anonymously track and report user activity within the application.
Firebase Crash Reporting: Utilized for reporting errors and gathering information regarding application usage.
Google Analytics: Employed to anonymously track and report user activity within the application.
Google YouTube Data API: Used to find and rate videos and manage subscriptions.
Google Play Billing Service: Used to process in-app purchases and subscription payments on Android devices. When you make a purchase through Google Play Billing, Google may collect and process information necessary to complete the transaction, such as purchase history, transaction identifiers, device information, and subscription status.
The application itself does not collect or store your full payment details (such as credit card numbers). Payment information is handled securely by Google in accordance with Google’s privacy policies. By using Google Play Billing, you agree that Google may collect, process, and store personal data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Play Billing documentation.Apple Pay: Used to process payments when you choose Apple Pay as a payment method. Apple Pay may collect information necessary to process your payment, such as device account tokens and transaction details. Apple does not share your actual card number with us, and payment information is encrypted and processed by Apple and its partners according to Apple’s privacy practices. By using Apple Pay, you agree that Apple and its affiliates may collect, transmit, maintain, and process personal data as described in Apple’s privacy materials.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. Our application is not intended to solicit data from or market to children under this age.
Data Retention and Protection
We retain your personal and sensitive data only while the TubeLang application is installed on your device.
On Android devices, all such data is stored in the app-specific internal storage on your device. Android’s system security prevents other apps from accessing these locations, and on devices running Android 10 (API level 29) or higher, these locations are encrypted, ensuring that sensitive data remains secure and accessible only to TubeLang.
On Apple iOS devices, your data is also stored locally within the app’s secure container. iOS isolates each app from other apps using a sandboxing model, which prevents other applications from accessing your TubeLang data. Additionally, iOS devices protect data at rest using device-level encryption tied to the device passcode and hardware security, meaning that stored data on the device is encrypted while the device is locked and cannot be read by unauthorized parties. iOS also requires explicit user permission for apps to access sensitive system resources and personal data, further safeguarding your privacy.
Deletion of Google User Data
TubeLang does not store Google user data on its servers. Any Google account data used by the app is kept only on your device.
On both Android and iOS, this data is stored in the app’s private, secure storage and cannot be accessed by other apps. When you uninstall TubeLang, all locally stored Google user data is automatically deleted by the operating system.
You can also revoke TubeLang’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Security Settings page.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
You will be informed via email and/or a prominent notice within our service prior to the change becoming effective, along with an updated “Last updated” date at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates. Changes become effective when posted on this page.
